When Rachael Braunshweiger first heard about R+F through an acquaintance in 2012, she was intrigued by the opportunity and enrolled as a Consultant within a week. Even though she was busy raising a new daughter and pursuing a Master’s degree in counseling psychology, Rachael recognized the brand’s potential and went for it.

Rachael quickly earned back her initial business kit investment and continued to ascend from there. She has achieved multiple milestones over the years growing her R+F business and team, and is grateful that she can run her business from home while raising her two children. She was especially appreciative of that flexibility when her husband received a late stage cancer diagnosis in early 2015.

Rachael credits Rodan + Fields for allowing her to care for her husband, support her family financially and still be a full-time mom. She spends about 10-20 hours a week dedicating time to R+F her successes including “helping thousands of other women and men throughout the country achieve their financial and personal goals.” Rachael hopes to someday make a great impact with a cancer research organization.
