The need for high-definition camera-ready skin intrigued this television meteorologist. “After using the REDEFINE Regimen plus AMP MD roller, viewers began calling the station to ask if I had work done.” Between the “fabulous skin” and “the possibilities the business could offer,” Barbie Bassett decided to become an Independent Consultant in 2011. “While content with my career, my ‘just enough’ wasn’t good enough.” Barbie was “exhausted and overwhelmed” and open to a change. Working with R+F has since replaced her full-time career and she is able to “concentrate on what matters most.” She works 15-20 hours a week and has gained a sense of fulfillment from seeing her partners have more future options. “It’s satisfying to watch them give out of the abundance of their time and their talents because they have the freedom now.” Barbie urges new Consultants to “become laser focused, insanely motivated and talk to everyone with skin.” She recommends never backing down and to always dream bigger. Since joining R+F, her family is able to “give more, share more and love more.” Her future goals are to “assist others in doing the same” and continue to help everyone achieve their goals.
