Trisha McConnell, Senior Director of Customer Care, is a customer advocate through and through. With more than 15 years of experience in leading large teams to deliver five-star customer service, coaching, innovation and large scale process improvements, McConnell has led the Customer Care team from five dedicated agents to the large scale organization it is today. Prior to R+F, she led the Field Sales team for Chase Bank supporting global affinity partnerships and has applied the same rigor and strategic vision to supporting our own field of Consultants.
