As Chief Technology Officer at Rodan + Fields Ralph defines and advances the company’s technology strategy and infrastructure to support its significant growth and deliver user-friendly digital experiences. Prior to joining R+F in 2016, Ralph served as the CIO for HPE’s Enterprise Group and HPE Labs. He joined HPE from The Clorox Company, where he served as SVP and CIO. Prior to The Clorox Company, he held senior technology leadership roles at several companies. Ralph has received numerous industry awards, including Computerworld's 2012 Premier 100 IT Leaders and Consumer Goods Technology's 2013 CIO of the Year and HMG Strategy’s 2017 Transformational CIO Leadership Award. Ralph is a founding board member of the TBM Council, serves as chair of the University of California Berkeley Fisher Center San Francisco CIO Forum, and serves on several CIO advisory boards. Ralph holds a Masters of Science in computer science from Northwestern University and a Bachelors in Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Saint Joseph’s College.
