Bio Ms. Godoy is the Senior Nurse Consultant for Responsive Health Management Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from Ryerson University. She holds a Mental Health Nursing Certificate from Humber College and a LTC Administrator certificate. Throughout her nursing career she has worked in the field of Organ Transplant at Toronto General Hospital but has since focused on Long Term Care services. She joined Responsive Health Management Inc. in 1990 and has worked in a number of positions including, Unit Supervisor, Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator. Marion is instrumental in mentoring Directors of Nursing into building strong nursing teams, ensuring positive quality outcomes and legislative compliance in the Responsive Health Management Inc. homes. In addition, Marion currently provides consulting services to several rural long term care homes in Ontario. Marion has participated in several task groups with the Ontario Long Term Care Association, was involved with the RAI-MDS implementation in Ontario, was involved in the provincial Peritoneal Dialysis committee and now is an active member of the Point Click Care's Canadian Analytics Customer Advisory Board, Centres for Learning, Research and Innovation Stakeholder Advisory Committee and Greater Toronto Area Nursing Education Consortium.
