Kim Stelmacovich is the Director of Quality Transformation at Revera, where she provides leadership, strategic guidance and operational support to advance Revera's quality agenda across the enterprise. Kim brings extensive experience to this role; building successful local, National and International partnerships, aligning with stakeholders, modernizing services, facilitating the culture change and promoting the learning systems required to implement and sustain evidence-based improvements to care and service. She is a contributing author to Dr. G. Ross Baker’s research: High Performing Healthcare Systems: Delivering Quality by Design (2008) and has completed a multitude of courses in quality improvement through organizations such as the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. Kim holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of Toronto Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, where she is Adjunct Faculty. She also holds a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy from Western University.
