For long-term care reporting, he leads indicator development and provides expertise on long-term care indicators for public reporting and quality improvement. He is also responsible for developing precise technical specifications for indicators, working in partnership with the organizations that own these data, assessing the validity and reliability of these data, and leading data analyses. He holds a Master of Science in Health Services Research with a specific focus on health-related quality of life measurement in long-term care.
