Title Manager of Quality and Accreditation & Manager of Seniors Quality Leap Initiative (SQLI) Company Baycrest Health Sciences Bio Cyrelle Muskat works at Baycrest Health Sciences and is the Manager of Quality and Accreditation. She is also the Manager of the Seniors Quality Leap Initiative (SQLI), a quality improvement consortium comprised of 12 high performing long-term care/post-acute care facilities across Canada and the United States. In this capacity, Cyrelle leads SQLI’s strategy execution, including the design and implementation of a novel improvement approach for long-term care. Cyrelle has a Master of Health Service Administration from Dalhousie University, a Certificate of Quality Improvement from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Medicine and is Lean certified.
