Title Vice President Company ParaMed, Extendicare Bio Deborah joined Extendicare in 2006 as Vice President of ParaMed, their home health care division. In 2008 she also assumed the roles of Vice President, Human Resources and SGP Purchasing Partner Network. In her current role as Vice President, Human Resources, Deborah leads a dynamic team who support the employee and labour relations experience for more than 23,000 employees across Canada. Before joining Extendicare, Deborah held leadership roles within Operations, Sales and Marketing in both the Group Insurance and Staffing Industries. Deborah’s passion is empowering people to lead by design through coaching and shifting mindsets. Her business experience and education in corporate coaching, positive psychology and LTC combined with her life experience as a ‘resident’s wife’ position her uniquely as an expert in this area.
