Title Ethicist Company William Osler Health System’s Community Bio Dr. Jill Oliver is William Osler Health System’s Community Ethicist. Jill has completed a PhD in Philosophy at the University of Waterloo, and a Fellowship in Clinical and Organizational Ethics at the University of Toronto’s Joint Centre for Bioethics. In her current position Jill provides consultation to long term care (LTC) residents, family members, staff, and physicians. In addition to this, Jill also leads hospital/LTC collaborative Ethics Quality Improvement Projects (E-QIPS) for Osler.
