Title Improvement Lead Company Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement Bio Diana is an Improvement Lead at the Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement (CFHI). She is supporting the implementation of PREVIEW-ED© and CARES in Fraser Health, and planning a pan-Canadian spread of innovations to help reduce transfers to the Emergency Department from long-term care. Diana’s previous role was at Accreditation Canada where she worked in program development for 8 years. She led the development and evaluation of Canadian and international quality improvement programs and standards, and worked on several international projects which included the European Commission, and the Ministries of Health in Kuwait and Qatar. Diana holds a BSc in Psychology from l'Université de Montréal and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa. Diana is multilingual, fluent in English, French and Arabic.
