Title Administrator Company Extendicare Bayview Bio Niklas Chandrabalan has extensive and varied experience in Long Term Care. As a teenager he worked in the maintenance department of Tony Stacey Center for Veteran’s care as he completed his Bachelor’s in Economics at York University. He has since held positions as Support Services Manager and Office Manager at Extendicare homes, and is currently the Administrator at Extendicare Bayview. He has also recently held an acting regional Director position for the Eastern homes. Niklas has spearheaded and supported many innovative initiatives at his facility and across the country including: Culture Change at Extendicare Bayview, REACH-with his Co-Lead Rosemarie Lindau, Resident and Family Environmental Enhancement Team at Extendicare Bayview and other quality initiatives at Extendicare Bayview with the collaboration of external partners.
