Title Research Application Specialist Company Schlegel-UW Research Institute for Aging Bio Lora Bruyn Martin is the Research Application Specialist at the Schlegel-UW Research Institute for Aging (RIA) and works to integrate research, practice and policy related to aging. Lora is responsible for helping to develop and implement evidence-informed interventions within retirement and long term care. She also oversees other knowledge mobilization activities such as stakeholder engagement, co-production of research, dissemination of research and building a culture of research and innovation within Schlegel Villages, one of RIA’s key partners. Lora has a MASc in Systems Design Engineering and a BSc in Kinesiology, both from the University of Waterloo.
