Title Senior Research Associate Company Saint Elizabeth Research Centre Bio Danielle Bender is a Senior Research Associate with Saint Elizabeth Health Care and has spent the past seven years leading research initiatives focused on person and family-centred care and how to embed this approach throughout home, community and long-term care organizations. Over the past several years, Danielle has developed, implemented and evaluated evidence-informed person and family-centred care education programs for all employees and management in healthcare organizations and has developed several resources on this topic, including the one she will talk about today, focused on resident and family engagement. She also served as a member of the Expert Panel for the RNAO’s Clinical Best Practice Guideline on person and family-centred care.
