Maxine is an independent consultant, designer, facilitator and coach specialising in leadership development. She is passionate about enabling leaders to reach their potential for the good of themselves, their organisation and the New Zealand state sector system.

She provides leadership development programmes and coaching for individuals and teams underpinned by the Leadership Success Profile, and runs a range of training events covering topics such as strategy development, facilitation skills and communicating with impact.She specialises in performance improvement frameworks, change management and team development.

She facilitates the Building Capable Managers programme for a number of agencies and has recently developed a senior leader programme for Central Agencies.

She works with a range of leadership teams across the state sector, and also provides coaching and facilitation services for the Leadership Development Centre.
