Bio

Natasha is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Ministry for Women, and has also worked in the International Strategy team at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Before returning to Wellington, Natasha was a legal and policy consultant at the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) in New York and Bangkok. She has a Master of Laws (Distinction) in International Law and Gender Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

She remains deeply committed to diversity and gender equality in the workplace, having been involved with the MFAT Ethnic and Women’s networks, and the MBIE Women in Leadership Committee and Asia Literacy Network. Natasha is also passionate about human rights, and is a board member of ChildFund New Zealand and the UN Women National Committee of Aotearoa New Zealand.
