Title Former Head of Global Policy Communications and Public Affairs Company Instagram Bio Marni Tomljanovic is a public affairs professional with deep experience in social impact programming, crisis communications and reputation management. Most recently, she led global policy communications and public affairs at Instagram. In this role, Marni developed innovative programs that enhanced the community’s understanding of Instagram, its dedication to safety and its impact on culture and the economy. Prior to joining Instagram, Tomljanovic was responsible for Disney’s communications and engagement efforts on CSR initiatives, including sustainability, wellbeing, creativity, diversity and inclusion. Previously, Marni was at The Glover Park Group and Sunshine Sachs where she advised governments, nonprofits, brands and talent on their policy goals, communications strategies and supporting media tactics. Marni began her career in the White House Press Office during the Clinton-Gore Administration. She graduated with honors from Northwestern University.
