Rudy Lozano is the Program Manager for The Fellowship Initiative in Chicago. For twenty years, Rudy has been a leader in the youth development and community organizing fields in Chicago. He has held positions in nationally recognized organizations, including the Association House of Chicago, Instituto Del Progreso Latino and Enlace Chicago. His diverse experiences include mentoring at-risk youth, teaching in alternative high schools, providing career guidance and employment services to youth, and launching the nationally recognized community schools program at the Little Village Lawndale High School. He is an alum of Public Allies and Leadership Greater Chicago. Rudy earned his Bachelor's degree in youth and community organizing from Northeastern Illinois University and his Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
