Leah Bernthal is a social entrepreneur and strategist who has spent over 16 years dedicated to the nonprofit and philanthropy sector in Los Angeles. Leah works with corporations, foundations, and nonprofits on innovative, high impact approaches to philanthropy, social responsibility, and employee engagement. Leah is a key member on the launch team of AnnenbergTech, a new initiative focused on engaging tech and philanthropy at the Annenberg Foundation. She is the co-founder and Board Director of CoachArt, a California-based nonprofit organization that creates transformative arts and athletics communities for families impacted by childhood chronic illness. Leah has extensive nonprofit experience in fundraising, program innovation, strategic growth, board development, event planning, governance, retreat facilitation and operations. Leah has a BS in Labor Relations and Organizational Development from Cornell University. She has received the President’s Volunteer Service Award, the Daily Point of Light Award and is currently on the Board of Regents of Da Vinci Schools.
