Elizabeth Schwan-Rosenwald joined the Taproot Foundation in the summer of 2009 to oversee corporate and foundation partnerships in Chicago, New York and Washington DC. In 2011 her role shifted to take on additional responsibilities in developing a national sales strategy. Since joining Taproot she has developed an expanded corporate partnership strategy for the organization, supported its role in the Billion+ Change campaign, and developed the marketing and sales strategy for Powered By Pro Bono the organization’s new program designed to support the nonprofit sector in the successful cultivation, solicitation and utilization of pro bono resources. Prior to her work at Taproot, she founded and served as the Artistic Director for 20% Theatre Company Chicago from 2003-2010. Elizabeth worked in the development departments of Steppenwolf Theatre Company and Lookingglass Theatre.
