Maria Yuan is a results-oriented leader, passionate about innovation and impact. As the Founder and CEO of IssueVoter, Maria aspires to fix aspects of politics that prevent progress and keep voters disengaged, and give everyone an equal voice in our democracy by making civic engagement accessible, efficient, and impactful. Maria’s professional experience spans strategy, politics, recruiting, social enterprise, investment banking, and corporate development. She has served on the boards of Gibney Dance and The University of Texas Co-Op, and was a founding member of Friends of the Children NY’s Young Professionals Board. She has consulted to San Francisco Conservation Corps, PlaNet Finance, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Urban Outfitters, and the Indian School of Microfinance for Women. Maria has an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
