Ms. Rose M. Stuckey Kirk has been the President of Verizon Foundation at Verizon Communications Inc. since January 2011. Ms. Kirk serves as the Chief Corporate Social Responsibility Officer at Verizon Communications Inc. and served as its Vice President of Public Relations for Corporate Reputation since June 2010. Ms. Kirk served as a Vice President of Enterprise & Government Sales Operations at Cellco Partnership, Inc. She served as Vice President of National Enterprise Sales and Distribution at Cellco Partnership, Inc. (formerly Verizon Wireless). She served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales Operations at Cellco Partnership, Inc. She served as Vice President of Corporate Employee Communications and was responsible for creation and coordination of employee communications strategies across all of Verizon's major lines of business. Previously, Ms. Kirk served as Vice President of Partner Sales and Customer Services of Verizon's Business Solutions Group, where she was responsible for Verizon's small-to-medium business customers, managed 50 partner sales agents and a 1000 employee sales force. She served as an Executive Director of Marketing Strategy and Integration and Director of Consumer Product Line Management at Verizon, where she developed and implemented marketing strategies for new and existing internet products. In addition, she served as a Marketing Director at Verizon and oversaw Marketing Communications programs for a number of organizations within Verizon. Ms. Kirk has more than 25 years' experience in telecommunications. In addition to her sales and marketing expertise, she has significant experience in communications and journalism. She began her telecommunications career at SBC Communications (now AT&T) as an Executive Speechwriter and Marketing Director in 1986. She held a variety of marketing assignments at SBC, including segment marketing and brand campaign development. Ms. Kirk serves as a Director of the National Domestic Violence Hotline. She serves as a Member of the Advisory Board, the Communications Department of Arkansas State University. She was a News Reporter for the Pine Bluff Commercial in Arkansas and the Times Daily in Alabama, she received writing awards from The Associated Press and the Chairman's Award from the New York Times for news reporting. She is a recipient of numerous awards and holds three Verizon Excellence Awards for outstanding contribution to corporate revenue growth goals and an Addy Award for a Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages' branding campaign. Ms. Kirk holds a B.S. degree in Journalism from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro Arkansas and a Masters Degree in International Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri
