Linda Magrath leads the Customer Success organization at Medidata Solutions. Linda brings to Medidata her expertise in the areas of Clinical Trial & Pharmaceutical Salesforce Support. In her 9 years at Medidata, she has been recognized for her leadership in driving operational efficiencies, and coaching and mentoring other leaders within her organization. She has a proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction, enhancing customer experiences, and growing and maturing Medidata’s customer support & services teams. Her exceptional ability to coordinate cross-functional global teams allows the Customer Success organization to accomplish the challenging objectives put forth in Medidata’s fast-paced & high-growth environment. Linda splits her time between Medidata, her 3-year-old son Declan, and her husband Jimmy. In her spare time, she follows her passion in assisting to help find lost dogs, fostering dogs in need, and working with rescues to place dogs in loving homes.
