Pomona College

Computer science fascinates me in the power it holds to transform complicated data into meaning. While my first research experiences ranged from aerospace engineering to hydrogeology, I have always enjoyed creating models and developing applications. Currently I have strong interests in healthcare, with applications and development of technology. Recently I've worked on projects including network models of human cancer cells, wearables technology for surgeons, and improved access to relevant medical knowledge, and think that the potential for technology developments in medicine is astounding. In my free time, I am a part of the 5C Mental Health Alliance, the Pomona-Pitzer cross country team, and volunteer at the local hospital.
