Deveeshree Nayak is a graduate student at the University of Memphis, TN. She is perusing Masters in criminology and criminal justice focusing on Cyber Security and Cyber Crime. Additionally, She has another Masters in Computer Engineering specialized in Information Security. Her bachelor was in Information Technology. She interned with Autozone, Amazon and Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare where she worked various projects related to cyber security and Information security. Additionally, she has 5 research publications in the field of privacy and security. She is passionate about cyber security and educating others about the importance cyber security in the present era. Especially, women participation in cyber security is vital because we only represent 11% of total cyber security professionals. She believes that diversity enhances innovation.
