Courtney Lach leads Qualcomm’s student engagement programs, ranging from overseeing their top ranked internship program to hosting development conferences to building interactive hackathons. She loves using her creativity to form programs that help students, especially women, find their best self. Outside of work, she helps inspire women of all ages learn to code (including herself) by serving as a co-lead of the San Diego Chapter of Girl Develop It.
