Natasha is a Senior Engineering Manager, leading the Enterprise team at Box. She oversees product development of Box Enterprise offering focusing on areas like Reporting, Users Management, Workflow and Admin Experience. Within last several years, she grew the team from 4 to 15 engineers. Prior to being a manager, Natasha was a tech lead where she worked on variety of projects from reporting to internal tooling to release engineering at small and large companies. She is passionate about building fun and diverse high performing teams. She is an active member of women in tech community and also enjoys time outdoors.
