Amy started her career path at age 30 when she began a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin in La Crosse. During her time in college, she received a scholarship to Grace Hopper, worked for Google’s recruiting program, and successfully earned two internships with Google, in addition to being a part-time maid, wife, and mother of two girls. Her perseverance has led her to a career at Capital One in the Technology Development Program (TDP), a program for recent graduates. She is currently a Developer in Application Security at Capital One and is in her second year of the Technology Development Program.
