Maria Caraballo is J-Labs EMEA Director at Juniper Networks, based in the Netherlands. Maria has been working in the Telecommunication Sector since 1999, starting her career as an Assistant Professor at the University of Sevilla in Spain where she completed her Master. She joined Juniper in 2006 as Proof of Concept Engineer working with customers throughout the EMEA region. Today she manages a multidisciplinary international team that accelerate sales cycles through tailor made executive briefings and events, innovative technical demonstrations and validations of Juniper solutions across all verticals and domains. The teams she leads enables PoC testing the latest technology, either in house or onsite through loans devices. She is working closely with customers and partners to drive innovation and skills transformation needed to lead the market with innovative programs as Openlab.
