Korinthia holds a Master’s of Science in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University and publications in international journals. She has international working experience as she has worked in Mexico and in the United States. After finishing her graduate education, she became part of the prestigious, high potential EDP (Engineering Development Program), a leadership rotational program for outstanding new college hires at Axon Enterprise. Currently, Korinthia is leading the next generation battery engineering and alternate materials research and validation for the Company's smart weapons and body worn cameras for the Axon product family. For her, participating as a speaker at the GHC represents the best opportunity to share with students and recent grads what she has learned about developing a successful professional career at a high-tech company.
