Ted Weber is an undergraduate senior at the Western Washington University (WWU), and is pursuing a five-year BS-MS fast track program in the Computer Science Department. His primary research interest is in human computer interaction (HCI), data analytics, and mobile health (mHealth). He is passionate about using emerging computing technologies to bring solutions to a variety of real-world problems, especially those related to addiction prevention. After completing his MS at WWU, Ted plans on pursuing a research-oriented software engineering role, or potentially pursuing a Ph.D. Born in Shoreline, Washington, Ted enjoys spending his free time cycling and listening to music.
