Jennifer M. Blaney is a Ph.D. candidate in the Higher Education and Organizational Change program at UCLA and also serves at the Senior Data Manager for the BRAID Research team. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in music from Roanoke College and her master’s degree in education from UCLA. Her research interests relate to gender and college student development in STEM, with an emphasis on undergraduate women’s leadership in male-dominated STEM fields. Her dissertation is entitled “Tapping into the Leadership Conceptions of Undergraduate Women in Computing: A Mixed-Methods Study.”
