Molly Walter has worked as a technical university recruiter at Microsoft for over two years while running the intern program in Boston and serving as a Microsoft Global Diversity Ambassador. She is passionate about helping women stay in tech since she switched out of the Computer Science program at Carnegie Mellon University as a college student herself. She is an out bisexual woman, an active member of Microsoft’s LGBTQ employee resource group (GLEAM) and has written articles about LGBTQ and bisexual representation in the media. She also has her own advice column for the Bi Women’s Quarterly under the pseudonym “A. Rose Bi” where she responds to questions and concerns facing bisexual women. She was once retweeted by Evan Rachel Wood, one of her bisexual heroes.
