Meizhu Liu is a senior research scientist at Yahoo!, working on scalable solutions to data-intensive business problems, using machine learning, statistical analysis, and visualization, in the areas of compromise detection, web audience analysis and advertising analysis. She has been focused on compromise detection for 4 years and developed many tools for data analysis in various aspects. Before joining Yahoo, she worked on computer vision problems at Siemens Research. Prior, she received a PhD in the areas of computer vision and machine learning from University of Florida.
