Tina Kao Mylon is Senior Vice President, Talent and Diversity, Global HR at Schneider Electric, the global specialist in energy management and automation with operations in more than 100 countries. She has global responsibility for talent, leadership and diversity and inclusion. She is currently based in Boston. Previously, Tina was with BASF, the global chemical company as global head of talent development in Germany and also North America talent development and talent acquisition for in the US. Tina also worked for Aon Hewitt, a global human capital consulting firm as a principal at Aon Hewitt in the talent and rewards practice. Tina is a recognized expert and speaker on topics of talent, leadership, diversity and organizational development. She graduated from Brown University magna cum laude, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in U.S. and Latin American history. She earned her Masters of Business Administration from Yale University. She is married and has two sons.
