Rucha Heda graduated from UC Davis (’13) with a BS in Computer Science and Engineering and a minor in Technology Management. She has worked as a Software Engineer at Workday for around 4 years. Rucha started as an applications developer on her first team where she was fortunate to have opportunities to explore her interests as a technical lead, scrum master, and mentor. Now she works on a lower level team that builds the reporting framework for Workday.
