Alina began her career as an industrial engineer at AT&T Network Systems in North Andover, Massachusetts. She subsequently held a number of positions in IT areas, including network design, data center operations, and applications development. Alina joined AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1991 with responsibilities for design and delivery of intelligent network services. She continued her career by taking leadership roles in global systems deployments, data center consolidations, and network operations. Alina joined Ecolab in 2007, where she held positions as VP of Global Infrastructure and Operations and Enterprise Systems. She currently holds a position as Vice President - IT, in St Paul, MN with responsibilities for Ecolab enterprise business platforms. Alina holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University, an M.S. degree in Technology Management from Boston University and a Doctorate in Information Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
