Jennica has been working for eBay in Seattle for almost two years, working primarily on scaling out eBay's Paid Internet Marketing systems. She spent the five years prior to eBay as an engineer at database startup SpaceCurve, and the five years before that at Amazon, where she led a redesign of their checkout process. She holds a Masters in CS from Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as three patents relating to databases and search sites, with several more pending. She is one of the top contributors on Quora for the NoSQL and multi-threaded topics.
