Jennifer is the Senior Director for Innovation Readiness at SAP Ariba. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the software industry including roles in management consulting, systems design and deployment, product management, value engineering and new product introduction. Over the past ten years Jennifer has been part of SAP Ariba’s evolution to software as a service developing expertise in delivery, support, and product management in the cloud. Through these various experiences, she has seen firsthand how innovation can be successfully introduced in enterprise software. Jennifer was part of the original team that created the innovation readiness function at SAP Ariba.
