Larry's professional career of 10+ years has spanned big companies, startups, and most recently, a startup within a big company. After completing his Master of Engineering in Computer Science at MIT, he worked at Microsoft as a Lead Program Manager in the Bing Shopping Team. While there, he helped with the acquisition of two ecommerce startups and integrated the products, technologies, and teams. He later took a role at a startup, Decide.com, leading the product, design, engineering, and data science teams. After two years, eBay acquired the startup. He is now a Senior Director of New Product Development, an incubation team focused on developing new products and technologies for eBay. At eBay, he also leads Seattle's Diversity and Inclusion Committee, the external startup and tech outreach efforts, as well as the internal office startup efforts.
