CTO-Chief Technology Officer Neptec Technologies Dr. Philip Church is the Chief Technology Officer at Neptec Technologies Corp. He has worked at Neptec for over 15 years in relation to various vision system developments, including the NASA Space Vision System for the Space Shuttle. Since 2006, Dr. Church has mainly been involved in the development and evolution of the OPAL LiDAR scanner for vision system applications targeted at aerial and ground platforms operating in degraded visual environments. Prior to Neptec, he worked at General Dynamics for 15 years in various electro-optical sensor development projects.
