Title Circles Lead Company Lean In Bio Emily works at LeanIn.Org, the nonprofit founded by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg to empower all women to achieve their ambitions. There she leads Lean In Circles—small groups that meet regularly to learn and grow together. Circles are Lean In’s main program; there are 23,000 Circles in 110 countries. Prior to LeanIn.Org, Emily worked at HBO, where she coordinated leadership development and training initiatives. Before HBO, she worked at the Tribeca Film Institute and Achievement First, a network of public charter schools. Emily earned her MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business and BA from Yale University.
