Manager Operational Intelligence Worksafe New Zealand Bio As the Manager of Operational Intelligence at WorkSafe NZ, I am responsible for BI and intelligence analysis. I have spent the majority of my career in government intelligence analysis, having formed and overseen national intelligence programs in Scotland and New Zealand. I have also served on the National Criminal Intelligence Service in the UK where my work was instrumental in connecting national intelligence agencies with corrections agencies through the implementation and management of new data structures and strategies. While never portraying myself as an expert, I do feel I have a strong grasp of the key elements within strategic data management, and I am happy to share my cross-industry viewpoints on using data and analytics to transform organisations.
