Director and Principal Ergonomist Optimise Ltd Bio Marion Edwin (M. Erg., Dip. Erg., Dip. O.T.) is the Director and Principal Ergonomist of Optimise Ltd. She became a Certified New Zealand Ergonomist (CNZHFE) in 2004, following qualification as an Associate New Zealand Ergonomist in 2001 and a 15 year background in occupational therapy. Her business, Optimise Ltd, is a provider of ergonomics consultancy services throughout New Zealand. She is current Chairperson of the HFESNZ. Marion’s work includes research; industry and organisational level consultation; training provision; and individual assessment for workers struggling with discomfort or inefficiencies in the workplace. Marion hails from the balmy climes of the Motueka Valley where she and her family practice all manner of healthy lifestyle pursuits from their off-grid eco-village home.
