Partner Kensington Swan Bio Greg Cain is a partner at Kensington Swan and leads the Wellington health and safety team. He advises clients on the Health and Safety at Work Act and on a range of other health and safety issues, including earthquake prone buildings, and asbestos issues. He also assists clients in dealing with serious harm incidents, including WorkSafe investigations, and represents clients in health and safety prosecutions. He regularly provides training on the health and safety reforms, and is frequently asked to speak at conferences. He is recommended by Legal 500.
