Managing Director Quality Solutions International Limited Bio Hemi is the founder and Director of safety risk management company Quality Solutions International Ltd. He is a former Army Officer with extensive experience in the munitions clearance industry, including three years in the O&G industry in Iraq. QSI now focuses on safety risk management here in NZ.
