Title Vice President, Social Enterprise Innovation Company FINCA Bio Ami Dalal is leading FINCA’s strategy to support the growth of social enterprises that improve people’s access to critical goods and services beyond microfinance. Ami is a seasoned investor with more than 15 years of principal investing experience in a range of sectors including impact investing, consumer products, infrastructure and real estate. Most recently, she was strategic adviser to Ashoka’s Social Finance Services initiative, leading a search in innovative financial mechanisms to accelerate financing for social impact. Prior to Ashoka, Ami oversaw global post-investment management at the Acumen Fund. Prior to Acumen, Ami worked at Macquarie Capital and began her career at The JBG Companies. Ami has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.
