In the process, he has become a recognized expert and visionary in the global desalination and water reuse markets. Mr. Efraty has B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science, both graduated Summa Cum Laude. His professional experience includes R&D project management, technology leadership and technical sales.
