Title Founder Company E.MERGE Bio Dovi Ollech is the founder of Emerge – a Venture Capital fund opening the door to Asia for Israeli companies. The fund is based on a strong network of Chinese investors. Prior to founding Emerge, Dovi served as the Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor for Israel’s Chief Scientist, between 2011-2015, the government entity in charge of the design and execution of policy for support of Israel’s innovation technology and business R&D industries. Overseeing annual investments of ~$500 million in over 1000 Israeli tech companies, Dovi was also a key player in the OCS international relationships, with particular expertise and experience in Asia.
