Pond exits include LiveRail (Facebook), Gigle Networks (Broadcom), 4Home (Motorola Mobility), Transitive (IBM), and Microcosm Communications (Conexant). Richard serves as Executive Chairman of Emefcy Group, a wastewater treatment company listed on the Australian ASX market under the symbol EMC, and is on the Boards of ACCO Semiconductor, Mantis Vision, Sensifree, and Alces Technology. Richard’s expertise includes water, energy efficiency, wireless, systems, hardware, software, semiconductors, and materials. Richard has a B.Sc. (1st Class Hons.) and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Manchester University.
